Some of you are probably aware that I am following my own advice and trying to lose weight. I say trying - I don't like the use of that word as a rule. Trying is not the same as doing and it builds in an expectation of failure. So, I am losing weight. After being hit by the triple whammy of marriage, menopause and a new job which meant more travel and robbed me of time to work out (how's that for an excuse). Anyway, the upshot was, I put on a lot of weight, so now I am following the advice in my ebook - You Can Achieve Permanent Weight Loss. So far I have lost around 1 stone, so still somewhere around 2 stone to go. Yes, I really did go off the rails. I'll keep reporting my progress, Today I am 166 lbs. I've been losing around 2lbs per week, although this week I have only lost 1lb.
